She then personalizes a long-term investment plan designed to achieve these critical milestones.
Today, Allison serves as Partner at Upland Wealth Advisors. Prior to that, Allison launched Marcus, Inman & Daniels Wealth Advisors with her partners, John and Scott, after working as a Financial Advisor for Raymond James since 2010. She began her financial services career when she joined Morgan Keegan's Memphis, Tennessee home office in 2006 working in Institutional Equity Trading. Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi, where she was a member of the Phi Mu Fraternity and University Panhellenic Council. Allison is credentialed as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Investment Management Consultant, and PIM Portfolio Manager. She was recognized by The Platinum Council (previously known as Premier Advisor), a distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism. Additional criteria, best practices and team structure, may also be used to determine recipients.
Active in her community, Allison has served on various committees and boards with the Junior League of Albany, Flint RiverQuarium, American Cancer Society, Albany Advocacy Resource Center, Dougherty Leadership Development Institute, and the Amateur Field Trial Clubs of America. She also currently serves on the Andrew College Board of Trustees.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Allison today lives in Dawson, Georgia, with her husband, Jamie, and their two children, Rose Marie and Thomas. Jamie is a Land Broker and Professional Dog Trainer. Outside of her work and volunteer activities, Allison enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family and their horses and dogs.
