Compassionate and detail-oriented, Allison helps clients to identify and prioritize their life goals, such as funding their children’s educations, preparing for retirement, and leaving a continued family legacy. She then personalizes a long-term investment plan designed to achieve these critical milestones.

Today, Allison serves as Partner at Upland Wealth Advisors. Prior to that, Allison launched Marcus, Inman & Daniels Wealth Advisors with her partners, John and Scott, after working as a Financial Advisor for Raymond James since 2010. She began her financial services career when she joined Morgan Keegan's Memphis, Tennessee home office in 2006 working in Institutional Equity Trading. Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi, where she was a member of the Phi Mu Fraternity and University Panhellenic Council. Allison is credentialed as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Investment Management Consultant, and PIM Portfolio Manager. She was recognized by The Platinum Council (previously known as Premier Advisor), a distinction held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism. Additional criteria, best practices and team structure, may also be used to determine recipients. 

Active in her community, Allison has served on various committees and boards with the Junior League of Albany, Flint RiverQuarium, American Cancer Society, Albany Advocacy Resource Center, Dougherty Leadership Development Institute, and the Amateur Field Trial Clubs of America. She also currently serves on the Andrew College Board of Trustees.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Allison today lives in Dawson, Georgia, with her husband, Jamie, and their two children, Rose Marie and Thomas. Jamie is a Land Broker and Professional Dog Trainer. Outside of her work and volunteer activities, Allison enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family and their horses and dogs.

John believes in relationships built on trust, a belief that enables him to better manage his clients’ finances and preserve those finances through their retirement. He thrives in the evolving landscape of investment services and enjoys connecting with those he serves in order to help them achieve their financial goals.

Today, John serves as the Registered Principal and Partner, along with Allison, Vic & Victor at Upland Wealth Advisors. Prior to that, he served as Partner for Marcus, Inman & Daniels Wealth Advisors, and worked for Raymond James for nearly a decade. John graduated from Valdosta State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his time at Valdosta State, he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Alpha National Greek Academic Honor Society, National Scholars Honor Society, and Order of Omega Honor Society. John is credentialed as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and Investment Management Consultant. John is credentialed as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and PIM Portfolio Manager. A fifth-generation Albanian, John has deep roots in his community. He contributes to Albany and strives to help improve the community through his participation in organizations such as Leadership Albany and Young GameChangers. He has settled in Albany with his wife and daughter, Beverly and Abigail, and their Labradoodle, Paisley. John enjoys traveling to Santa Rosa Beach, playing golf, spending time with family, and hunting.

Victor C. Sullivan, IV has been a Financial Advisor since 2009. He started his career with Wells Fargo Advisors, and in 2019, he co-founded Upland Wealth Advisors as its President. Helping clients develop and implement long term strategies for building, preserving, and transitioning their wealth is what he enjoys the most. His comprehensive approach to wealth management, attention to detail, and high level of professional service provides his clients with the time to focus on what matters most to them.

Victor holds a degree in Financial Planning from the University of Georgia, and has been recognized on the Platinum Council within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network for 2020.  With an emphasis on continuing education, he has also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner designation from the College for Financial Planning and the Certified Retirement Counselor® designation from the International Foundation for Retirement Education.

Active in the local community, Victor participates in many civic and community organizations, including the Artesian City Sertoma Club, Covenant Presbyterian Church and Albany's Flint RiverQuarium. Victor is a Leadership Albany graduate.  As an avid outdoorsman, he is passionate about wildlife conservation and is a dedicated supporter of conservation organizations. Victor and his wife Katie met while attending the University of Georgia. They enjoy travelling and spending time with their two sons, Lyle and Paul.

David Guillebeau’s career in finance began immediately after college as a retail and commercial lender. He transitioned to the investment side of banking in 2011. David has almost 40 years of experience in the financial services arena.

David’s work in both areas has given him a unique perspective and an understanding of the importance of a comprehensive approach to financial management. David knows that trust is the key when choosing a financial advisor, and he values the trust that his clients have in him. He helps his clients through all aspects of life, focusing on their personal needs and goals during each stage of life and enjoys engaging with them to facilitate and implement a financial plan that will carry them through retirement.

David is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance; he also graduated from LSU’s Graduate School of banking. He continues to be an active
member of the Albany community and has served as President of the American Cancer Society, President of the Albany Rotary Club, and as a deacon and elder of
Covenant Presbyterian Church.

David has been married to his wife, Janet, since 1984. They feel blessed that their two daughters and their husbands have returned to Albany to raise their families.
David’s hobbies include playing golf, wing shooting, and reading. He is also an avid Georgia Bulldog supporter and cheers on the Dawgs in all sports. However, his most cherished times are those spent with his family.

Originally from Albany, Georgia, Lee is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Additionally, Lee obtained his MBA degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to joining Upland Wealth Advisors in September 2021, he spent five years with an independent third-party administrator focused on employer-sponsored retirement plans covered by ERISA.

Lee’s role at Upland Wealth Advisors is to help clients identify what is most important to them, design a plan to pursue their goals, and strategically implement that plan. Lee prioritizes holding himself and his clients accountable along the way. Whether it be individuals, families, or business owners, Lee is committed to helping his clients navigate the complex landscape of investment planning.

With a natural respect and admiration for business owners, Lee works with companies and their leadership teams to help guide them through making important decisions about their retirement plans. While keeping company goals and their employees front of mind, Lee helps simplify the process and mitigate fiduciary risk.

Away from the office, Lee prefers to spend time with family. His wife, Sarah, is a nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, and together, they enjoy fishing, kayaking, travel, and golf.

Scott’s passion for financial services comes from his ability to help clients save for the things they need as they strive to achieve the things that they want. One of seven children, Scott began working at a young age, finding employment as a shift worker during high school and throughout college. He believes this range of work experience – from “janitor” to “manager” – allows him to better relate to clients from all walks of life.

Prior to launching his own independent wealth management practice in the spring of 2020, Scott began his career in the financial services industry with Robinson-Humphrey / Smith-Barney, where he served as First Vice President. In 2002, Scott joined Morgan Keegan to help establish their Albany office and later become a Managing Director - Branch Office Manager. He remained with the firm when it was acquired by Raymond James in 2012. Today, Scott serves as Director at Upland Wealth Advisors.

For more than 30 years, Scott has been involved and served on the board of directors of several civic and community organizations, including the Albany Symphony and the Anchorage. He was appointed by the City of Albany as a founding member of Albany's Historic Preservation Commission. Scott currently serves as a federal arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and on the Board of Trustees of the Albany Museum of Art and is their Treasurer.

Originally from Massachusetts, Scott makes his home in Albany with his wife, Gennie, who works in Behavioral Health and Addictive Diseases. Together, they have two grown children, Macee and Jennings, four grandchildren, and two rescue dogs. A former sailor, Scott enjoys golf, kayaking, and cooking with his wife for family and friends.

Focused on exceptional Client Service, Betty provides timely, accurate, and meaningful answers to client questions, making sure their needs are always met. Throughout her career, Betty has gotten to know our clients very well.  She has welcomed their children and sometimes grandchildren as she has assisted some of our families for almost 30 years. 

Before joining Upland Wealth Advisors, Betty worked with Marcus, Inman, & Daniels Wealth Advisors, Raymond James, Smith Barney and its predecessor firm, Robinson-Humphrey, always maintaining the same high level of service and cultivating trusting relationships. Before starting at Robinson-Humphrey, Betty earned a degree in Secretarial Science from Albany Technical College.

Away from the office, Betty enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and relaxing at the lake.

Lisa’s role, as a Client Associate, is to assist our team in all areas of client services and operations.

Lisa has worked in banking and finance since 2002, with her first banking role in loan operations and most recently, in Human Resources and Compliance. Her banking background has helped ensure a smooth transition into her role within our practice. Lisa is passionate about providing excellent client service and strives to be a resource for every client as well as our team members. Lisa received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Valdosta State University and is preparing to take the SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations to better serve the practice and its clients.

Lisa and her husband, Brian, are both Albany natives and live here with their youngest daughter, Polly, while their oldest daughter, Ava, is currently attending the University of Georgia. When not working, Lisa enjoys painting, saltwater fishing, and traveling.

Morgan Waters’ role, as a Client Associate, is to assist our team in all areas of operations and client service.

She has a passion for customer service and worked for a private business before joining Upland Wealth Advisors in 2022. Morgan is driven and goal oriented.  She loves meeting new people, helping others find joy, and achieve their goals.

Although Morgan stays busy at work and at home, she thrives on making sure everyone’s needs are met. She is an Albany, GA native and an active member of Greenbriar church. She and her husband Caleb have a daughter named Rhen and a son named Rafe. Morgan enjoys yoga and is a talented singer.

Tiffany Bowles’ role, as a Senior Administrative Associate, assists with the delivery and implementation of client service needs. 

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012, she worked for Regions Bank for 10 years and held positions from Bank Teller to Assistant Branch Manager.  In 2019, she joined Upland Wealth Advisors.  She has been in the financial industry since 2001. She is passionate about client service and helping others, as she is the fundamental touchpoint. It gives her great fulfillment to help people as they’re on life’s journey.

As a working mom, with a very active son and a cherished bonus daughter, she understands keeping her goals concise and focusing on streamlining life as much as possible.  She attends The Church at The Groves and resides in Lee County, GA with her husband BJ Bowles, and her son Rylend.  She enjoys CrossFit with her husband and beams with pride watching her son hone his golf skills, a future pro in the making.  Meanwhile, her bonus daughter, Maya, is working her magic as a cosmetologist.  Family, fitness, and finance fuel her days.
